About the Product
Zobo is Hibiscus in Hausa. Hibiscus flower comes in different colors with different meanings; Yellow for Joy and Sunshine; Red for Love and Passion; Pink for Friendship and Love (all types); and Purple for Mystery and Knowledge. We grew up drinking juice and tea made from Hibiscus flowers, which we call Zobo. We source our Hibiscus seeds directly from our local communities in Northern Nigeria, then extract the oil in our hometown, Kano.

How Much to Use
- Hair: Warm 3–5 drops between your palms and work through damp or dry hair, focusing on the ends and scalp. A little goes a long way — start with fewer drops and add more as needed.
- Face: Press 2–3 drops onto clean skin after moisturizer or as your final step at night. Pat gently — no rubbing required.
- Body: Apply a small amount (about the size of a quarter) to skin while still slightly damp after a shower for best absorption. Adjust based on the area you're covering.
- Mix with Raw Shea Butter: Blend into a scoop of our Raw Shea Butter to create a rich, customized body butter. Start with a 1:3 ratio of oil to shea and adjust to your preferred texture.
- First-time use: We recommend a patch test on a small area of skin before applying all over, especially for sensitive skin. Wait 24 hours to check your skin's response.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve the oil's natural properties. Tighten the cap after each use.
