About the Product
Aduwa is Desert Date in Hausa. Desert Date comes from a multipurpose tree that offers protection against desertification, and provides food for humans and animals.  The tree has been identified as one of the native plants to restore degraded ecosystem in the Great Green Wall project.  We source our seeds directly from our local communities in Northern Nigeria, then extract the oil in our hometown, Kano.

  • Mix with our Handcrafted shea butter to make a whipped butter body

DESERT DATE OIL

Hi, I have type 2 diabeaties and along with that I have relating health issues. One of the issues I have is a skin or rather a fungal skin issue which causes open sores and a rash which where not healing with other Pharma products etc. I tried many other creams etc to no avail. Finally I came across a physician/MD online recommending desert date oil. I am Happy to say that within 3 days of applying DD oil to affected areas that my skin has healed up and condition prior has not returned. Thanks Mai Glow.
